How RunVEMBER works...
For the 30 days throughout November you will run or walk, cycle or swim for every day.
Thinking of signing up to RunVEMBER 2025? Here are a few words from the main man himself:
This year has been quite a challenge in itself and has seen a massive increase on the demand for food banks and lots of people/families who would normally get by without them, having to rely on their services. The homeless community have suffered greatly too :'( This has made us here at RunVEMBER HQ even more determined to get out there and help again.
Like previous years we have provided a list and this year we will be providing a list detailing the supplies in need of our chosen charities: Swindon Food Collective, The Harbour Project, Threshold and for the Welsh contingent Patch.
Following on from the last few years success, we ask you use a supermarket bag for life.
Working with our chosen charities we have compiled a list with the items they have requested. From the list you can put as little or as much as you want there is no minimum or maximum amount of products as long as they are from the lists and within date. If you would rather a monetary donation then we recommend a £15 donation but again it's whatever you can manage, we understand that everyone has different circumstances.
Feel free to spread the word and get some help from your family, friends, work colleagues, even your neighbours! Take your bags into work! The more you collect the better it is for the charity.
